Ken Murray, P.E. has extensive experience working as an Assistant Engineer at Sacramento Area Sewer District from February 2008 to the present. Ken also holds the title of Associate Engineer at the same company. In December 2018, Ken began working at Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District as an Associate Engineer. Ken Murray, P.E. earned their BS in Civil Engineering from CSUS in 2008.

The Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) is the Sacramento region’s sewage collection, treatment, and resource recovery utility—providing service to more than 1.6 million people. We are the second largest sewage collection utility in California, and we own and operate the second largest water resource recovery facility of its kind in the nation—the EchoWater Resource Recovery Facility, located near Elk Grove.
