Sonia Dueñas Navarro

Sonia Navarro, MPH, is a seasoned public health professional currently serving as Senior Program Manager and Grants Specialist at the Sacramento Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce since July 2023. Prior to this, Sonia held the role of Director at the California Asian Pacific Chamber of Commerce from May 2020 to June 2023, overseeing grant-funded initiatives promoting minority business development in the Southwest region. With experience in managing programs aimed at supporting minority businesses through the Minority Business Development Agency and leading the Sacramento Inclusive Economic Development Collaborative, Sonia has demonstrated expertise in facilitating technical assistance and business development. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health in Sociomedical Science and Health Policy & Practice from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
