Cathy Morrison

Cathy Morrison is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Coordinator for Local District Support Services & Accountability at the Sacramento County Office of Education, where innovative technical assistance is provided for state and federal accountability plans. Previously, Cathy held various roles within the Sacramento City Unified School District, including Coordinator for the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Family Partnership Facilitator, demonstrating a strong commitment to stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Additional experience includes serving on the Content Review Team for the California Collaborative for Educational Excellence and managing procurement in the hospitality industry, showcasing diverse skills in both education and business. Cathy holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
