Erica Gavidia Lcsw, Ppsc

Erica Gavidia, LCSW, PPSC, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a School Based Mental Health and Wellness Clinician II at the Sacramento County Office of Education since September 2023, where responsibilities include clinical supervision of associates. Previously, Erica worked with KIPP SoCal Public Schools as a School Based Mental Health & Wellness Clinician and as a School Social Worker, focusing on individual and group counseling for students. Additional experience includes providing community-based clinical services at Five Acres and working as a Clinician at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services. Earlier roles include various internships that contributed to extensive experience in mental health assessment and intervention, as well as outreach coordination with the NASW- USC Unit. Erica holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development from California State University San Marcos.
