Julie Jaffe

Julie Jaffe has extensive experience in workforce development, currently serving as Workforce Development Manager at the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency (SETA) since March 1997, with previous roles including Workforce Development Program Officer, Workforce Development Supervisor, and Employment Services Specialist. Additionally, Julie has been a faculty member at California State University-Sacramento since March 2018, focusing on workforce development. Prior experience includes working as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Back-To-Work Rehabilitation from September 1991 to February 1997, where vocational counseling and labor market research were key responsibilities. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Social Work from California State University-Sacramento and an Associate of Arts in Social Sciences from Yuba College.
