Chariss Fong

Chariss Fong has extensive experience in education and community services, currently serving as an ESL Teacher and GED Tutor at Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services since September 2013, and as an Adult Literacy Tutor at Sacramento Public Library since September 2012. Previous roles include a Youth Associate at Burlington Coat Factory from June to August 2013, and a Community Out-Reach ESL Teacher at ACC from April to December 2011. Chariss was also the Coordinator and Instructional Student Assistant at the CSUS Learning Skills Department from January 2009 to December 2011. Chariss holds a Master of Arts degree in TESOL from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 2011.
