Amy Lopez possesses extensive experience in airport operations and customer service within the aviation industry. Currently serving as an Airport Operations Officer at Sacramento International Airport since May 2022, Lopez previously held roles as an Accounts Receivable Technician at Sierra College and an Above the Wing Supervisor at Southwest Airlines from January 1995 to June 2021, where responsibilities included supervising employees and addressing customer concerns.
