Artak Paskevichyan

Artak Paskevichyan, JD, MBA, is an experienced litigation attorney currently serving as Attorney III for the Sacramento Regional Transit District since November 2021, providing legal counsel with a strong emphasis on risk management. Previously, Artak worked as a civil litigation attorney at Lauria Tokunaga Gates & Linn, specializing in various defense areas, and co-founded Paskevichyan, Piloyan & Associates, LLP, where comprehensive legal services were offered across multiple civil law matters. Additionally, Artak contributed to the Foreign Tax Trade Brief of LexisNexis as an author and editor, held leadership roles within legal organizations at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and gained practical experience through various internships and volunteer positions. Artak holds a Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, an MBA from San Diego State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University-Sacramento.
