Henry Li

Henry Li has extensive experience in the transportation industry, having worked for several major transit agencies. Henry most recently held the position of General Manager/CEO at the Sacramento Regional Transit District, where they oversaw a large staff and managed a wide range of transit services. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Finance & Technology and Chief Financial Officer at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, where they were responsible for financial management and technology operations. Henry also held leadership roles at Hampton Roads Transit and the Georgia State Roads & Tollway Authority, where they played key roles in financial administration and budgeting. Earlier in their career, they worked at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency and the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority in various management and budgeting positions.
