Jeff Damon, AICP has a diverse work experience in the field of planning. Jeff began their career as a Senior Associate at Barton Aschman Associates in 1980 and later served as a Vice President at Parsons Brinckerhoff from 1985 to 2008. In 2008, they joined HNTB as an Associate VP before transitioning to Home and Travel in a role described as "Semi-Retired" from 2010 to 2011. Since then, Jeff has been working at Sacramento Regional Transit, where they started as a Principal Planner from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they hold the role of Director, Long Range & Strategic Planning at the same company.

Jeff Damon, AICP pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Northern Arizona University from 1975 to 1979. Following this, they attended San Jose State from 1980 to 1982, where they completed their Masters in Urban Planning, focusing on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning. In April 2015, Jeff obtained the AICP certification from the American Planning Association.
