Madison Scambray

Madison Scambray, MSHRM, currently serves as the Executive Operations Assistant for the Sacramento River Cats, having commenced this role in October 2024. Prior to this position, Madison held various roles at the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer organization from November 2021 to October 2024, including Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed full life-cycle recruiting, job advertisement, employee wellness program implementation, and compliance record maintenance. Madison also gained experience as a Sales & Renewals Assistant at Noble West, and as an Administrative Assistant at TWINS PHYSICAL MEDICINE, where duties included managing employee records and scheduling medical appointments. Madison completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at the University of Southern California in 2020, following a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Arizona in 2018.
