Karla S. Bylund

Karla S. Bylund, M.S., SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished consultant and leader in human resources with extensive experience in providing strategic support to tribal and small businesses through Soaring Bird Solutions LLC since September 2015. Bylund specializes in organizational analysis, HR audits, employee engagement strategies, and customized training. Notable clients include the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe and Casino Del Sol. Bylund also serves as Chairperson of Sacred Circle Healthcare and is an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previous roles include Executive Director of Human Resources at Quinault Beach Resort & Casino, and Human Resource Director for the Pueblo of Sandia.
