Michelle Vo

Michelle Vo has extensive experience in community service and health management. Currently serving as the Family Assistance Housing Manager at Sacred Heart Community Service since April 2019, Michelle has also held roles as a Homelessness Prevention Case Manager and TAP Coordinator there. Prior experience includes working as a QA at Foothill Community Health Center, where Michelle resolved patient complaints and generated visual data reports. As Program Manager at Project SHINE, Michelle maintained collaborative relationships with community partners and managed a volunteer team of 50. Additional roles include a Marketing/Social Media Intern at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte, where Michelle enhanced social media interactions, and as a Peer Health Educator, delivering health workshops at San Jose State University. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in Health Services Administration from San Jose State University.
