Chris Sage

Chris Sage is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Nursing at Sacred Heart University since December 2021, focusing on the First Professional Degree program. Previously, Chris served as the Assistant Director of the Evening Practical Nursing Program at Lincoln Tech from February 2021 to December 2021 and as an Educator briefly in February 2021. From August 2018 to February 2021, Chris was an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Bridgeport. Chris has also held a part-time instructional role at Lincoln Technical Institute from September 2012 to October 2019, teaching various nursing topics, and worked as a Staff Nurse at St. Vincent’s Medical Center from January 2006 to September 2017, transitioning from the Emergency Department to the ICU. Chris began a career in computer operations management at Tetley USA from September 1998 to October 2004. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Fairfield University, an MSN from Sacred Heart University, and a BS in Computer Technology from the University of New Haven.
