Gregory Madrid

Gregory Madrid has held various leadership positions in residential life since 1996, with extensive experience in overseeing student housing operations and initiatives aimed at enhancing student retention and experiences. Currently, Gregory serves as Executive Director of Residential Life at Sacred Heart University, after progressing through roles such as Director and Assistant Director of Residential Life. Previous roles include Residence Hall Director at Quinnipiac University and Western New England College, as well as Field Manager for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts, where Gregory coordinated essential facility management activities. Educationally, Gregory holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western New England University.
