Sacred Ohms
Nicolás Alcalá Schächter is the founder of multiple ventures focused on sustainability and regenerative practices, including *la tierra*, a metamodern regenerative village project, and re:build global, the largest eco-village building online festival. As the studio imagineer at Design Science Studio, Nicolás supports global creators and system thinkers in envisioning an equitable future. In addition, Nicolás serves as the section editor for The Weave Magazine, promotes immersive experiences through Cocina Sagrada, and has held significant roles in project development at Emerald Mountain. Other notable experiences include working as the chief executive officer of Sacred Ohms and advising the sustainable fashion brand GÜNEL. Nicolás has a background in experiential design from Hotel El Ganzo in Baja California Sur and strategic leadership at Wild Vessel. Educational qualifications include a graduate studies program in Exponential Technologies & Impact from Singularity University.

Sacred Ohms
Sacred Ohms is a platform that connects the owners of beautiful sacred properties (“Ohms”) to retreat Retreat Leaders who are seeking energetically aligned spaces. We provide hand-selected retreat Retreat Leaders with access to Ohms that encompass the amenities and comforts they desire while embracing environmentally friendly property management practices. We aim to offer different levels of Ohms to serve the needs of healing and spiritual gatherings and retreats. Inclusivity is at the core of the Sacred Ohms values, providing a range of properties to fit within the unique needs of each Retreat Leader. Our mission is to build a community of like-minded people who are elevating consciousness on the planet. We discovered that finding the ideal space for a retreat was often challenging for retreat Retreat Leaders for several reasons that include but are not limited to the difficulty in finding a truly sacred location, facing unexpected responsibilities of equipping a home with the materials necessary for various wellness activities and workshops and feeling out of alignment with the home owner’s values. Our solution is to provide a platform where retreat Retreat Leaders can connect with Ohms that are being held to the standards necessary to ensure a blissful experience.
