Beth Welsh

Beth Welsh is the Head of Business Development and Contracts at Sacro, where they work to build effective networks and identify funding sources that align with the organization's strategic goals. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tail O’ The Bank Credit Union, where they led significant growth and development initiatives. With a Master's degree in Housing Studies from the University of Glasgow and extensive experience in business development, Beth has become a key voice for credit unions in Scotland and the UK, establishing the Great Britain Global Women’s Leadership Network and receiving the Minerva Award for the Empowerment of Girls and Women. Their commitment to social impact is further demonstrated through various board roles, including as Treasurer for Advice Direct Scotland Ltd and as a member of the Glasgow Social Enterprise Network.
