Fiona is a self employed HR Consultant and Executive Coach. Prior to this she was a senior manager in RBS, and before that: Scottish Power. Fiona has extensive HR experience across a range of UK and International businesses and has more recently also been working with the third sector and SME organisations. Her areas of HR specialism include recruitment and retention; managing change; culture and engagement; and diversity and equality. Fiona is also a non-executive Board member of Fife Cultural Trust.
