Gerardo Lara López

Gerardo Lara López currently serves as the Innovation and Talent Development Director at SACYR, overseeing talent acquisition, training, and innovation projects since July 2015. With extensive experience in academic and corporate settings, Gerardo is also an Associate Professor at IE Business School, teaching Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, and Organizational Behavior in MBA and Executive programs.
