Javier Guindo Molina

Javier Guindo Molina is a civil engineer with extensive experience in quality control and project management across various sectors, including civil engineering, renewable energy, and government projects. Currently serving as Jefe de producción y calidad at SACYR since January 2022, Javier oversees production and quality for the VVDAS project. Previously, Javier held roles as Jefe control de calidad y medioambiente at SEMI, managing quality and environmental plans for a photovoltaic project, and as Quality Control Manager and Project Engineer at NEWIMAR SA, overseeing quality control for civil projects at Naval Station Rota. Javier's earlier experience includes critical engineering and quality roles in projects with the USAF and AENA, as well as engineering tasks related to hydro power plants in Brazil. Academic qualifications include a degree in civil engineering from Universidad Europea and an ITOP in Hydrology from Universidad de Cádiz.
