Manuel J. Garcia is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in infrastructure and project finance, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Sacyr Concesiones since June 2014. In this role, Manuel oversees the financial operations of multiple concession assets internationally, focusing on strategic alignment, financial sustainability, and stakeholder value creation. Previous positions include leadership roles in structured finance across various locations, including Colombia and Chile, where Manuel managed portfolios worth billions and led financing and tendering processes. Manuel's earlier career features roles at GESTAMP WIND, Assured Guaranty, and Autopista del Henares, showcasing a solid foundation in project finance and financial analysis. Manuel holds a BA in Administration and Business Management with a major in Finance from CUNEF Universidad and is currently enrolled in an Executive Transition Program at Esade while also having earned a Master's in Renewable Energies from IEB.
