Lusine Yeghiazaryan serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SADA and is responsible for all aspects of finance strategy, revenue and sales operations, accounting, and financial reporting. Prior to her current role, Lusine was the first independent member of SADA’s Board of Directors, leaving the board seat in May 2021 to join the executive leadership team as the Company's CFO.
Lusine’s expertise and extensive experience in Technology and Biotechnology industries include corporate strategy, finance transformation, M&A due diligence, IPO readiness, audit and assurance, design and optimization of financial processes and controls, and enterprise risk management.
Prior to SADA, Lusine was VP Finance, IA and Internal Controls at GoPro, Inc., leading the pre-IPO ICFR readiness and post-IPO financial reporting processes, internal controls, and enterprise risk management. Prior to GoPro, Lusine held financial advisory management roles with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where she was responsible for delivering highly visible projects to multiple Silicon Valley and global clients in technology, retail, and biotech industries. Earlier in her career, Lusine was an expatriate on assignment in the United Kingdom as a Finance PMO of European operations with Diebold Nixdorf Corporation. In her role, Lusine supported the explosive international growth and the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries in 12 European countries.
Lusine holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, and BS in Finance/Accounting, with a minor in Information Technology, from Walsh University.
Passionate about education and opportunities for women, Lusine serves on the Board of Trustees of the American University of Armenia (AUA), is currently an advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck Accelerator, and is the founding member of the SF chapter of Armenian International Women Association (AIWA).
