Stephanie Reade has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Insight since March 2025 and as Manager of People Operations at SADA, an Insight company, since August 2022. Prior to these roles, Stephanie held positions including HR Manager at Omaze from January 2021 to August 2022, HR Manager at NTWRK from August 2019 to January 2021, and Manager of People & Culture at Complex Networks between July 2014 and August 2019. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Media Temple and an HR Intern at Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Stephanie began professional training as a Master of Social Work Trainee at Dubnoff Center For Child Development and as a Social Welfare Intern at ONEgeneration. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Northridge.
