Zainab Samantash

Zainab Samantash has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Head of Legal Affairs and Company Secretary at SadaPay. Prior to this, they worked as a Member of the Internal Review Board at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST). Zainab also served as a Visiting Faculty Member at the Institute of Law and Criminology. Before that, Zainab was a Legal Associate at Fazleghani Advocates. Additionally, they worked as a Visiting Faculty and Research Assistant at the International Islamic University, Islamabad and the Program in Islamic Law at Harvard Law School, respectively. Zainab also has experience as a Visiting Faculty Member at the TMUC Pakistan and the School of International Law. Notably, they held the position of Prime Minister at the Children's Parliament of Pakistan from 2007 to 2009.

Zainab Samantash obtained an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School in 2017. Prior to that, they earned an LL.B. Honors degree in Law from the University of London from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they obtained certifications as an Advocate High Courts of Pakistan in March 2018 and as an Advocate District Courts of Pakistan in October 2015.
