Asem Alothman

Asem Alothman, EMBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Control in the Manufacturing & Engineering department at Sadara Chemical Company since January 2017. Previously, Asem held several roles at SABIC from December 2003 to December 2016, including Manager of Analytical Equipment in Process Quality Assurance, Control Systems & Instrumentation Engineering Manager, and Instrumentations & Control Systems Engineer. Asem’s early career included a position as an Instrumentation Project Engineer with Al Hejailan Group, supporting projects primarily with Saudi Aramco. Asem holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Toledo and is pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, expected to complete in June 2024.
