Louay al-Shammary

Louay Al-Shammary is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Technical Support Section Head and Change Enablement and Knowledge Management Lead at Sadara Chemical Company since September 2014. In this role, Louay applies structured methodologies for change management, supports training and communication efforts, assesses change impacts, and manages knowledge management practices. Previously, Louay worked as an SAP EWM Consultant and Analyst in IT operations at SABIC, contributing to the end-to-end implementation of logistic projects and providing support for various SAP modules. Louay began the career with a summer internship at KFUPM's Hardware Department, focusing on hardware repairs. Louay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and an Associate's Degree in Computer Applications from Dammam Community College.
