Raed Saadoun

Raed Saadoun is an experienced professional in project management within the chemical and oil sectors. Currently serving as the Utilities and Interface Sr Project Manager at Sadara Chemical Company since April 2013, Raed oversees EPCm and LSPB contracts. With a long tenure at Saudi Aramco starting in September 1992, Raed has held multiple senior roles, including Sr Project Manager and Riyadh Refinery Testing and Inspection Unit Supervisor, where responsibilities included scope development, materials procurement, contract management, and turnaround execution. Previous positions also encompassed maintenance engineering roles at Ras Tanura Refinery and Sadara Chemical Company. Raed holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, earned between 1985 and 1992.
