Palak Soni is a Technology Consultant specializing in Data and Analytics at EY, contributing to the data management and integration activities for a pharmaceutical client and developing a Power BI dashboard for an American pharmaceutical company. As the founder of Saday Sadev, Palak has led initiatives providing food distribution to thousands during the pandemic and promoting education and hygiene across India. In addition to mentoring at AlmaBetter and instructing Empowerment Self Defense as part of ESD Global Asia and the Pacific, Palak has experience as an intern at PwC, focusing on data analytics and logistics, and has conducted market research with TDG. Leadership skills were demonstrated as the president of Memesis Theatre Society, alongside a strong background in teaching and project management gained through internships at Reaching Sky Foundation and Dadpreneur. Palak holds a PGDM in Research and Business Analytics from Madras School of Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Botany from Delhi University.

Saday, founded in 2020, a pan India based non-governmental organization started as an initiative during the first phase of lockdown, is now a fully grown organization. It believes in spreading happiness and letting people grow. Around 200-250 people have got associated with Saday so far either on-field or off-field. Saday conducted various food drives, hygiene drives, sanitation drives, blood donation camps, awareness on domestic violence, menstrual hygiene, and several other activities. It also provides general counselling sessions, therapy or motivational sessions to people. Our initiative of general talk sessions for people included underprivileged category too, who can't afford these professional sessions but dealing with a lot of pressure in their lives. Our flagship program Project Dhairya with -#Its_Okay_Not_To_Be_Okay has become a great success curing many people where around 160+ individuals across India has been benefited and provided 250+ sessions so far through various professional counsellors and psychologists. And our second flagship project named "MY PAD MY PRIDE" as a part of menstrual hygiene education and distribution, have served almost 200000+ women by providing reusable cloth pads and awareness regarding menstrual hygiene via distribution drives India. Along with it, we explained the importance of menstrual hygiene through visuals and graphics. We aim to reach as many needy as possible and bring a change across the society.
