Mike Smith

Mike Smith is a seasoned facilities maintenance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the logistics and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Facilities Maintenance Manager at Saddle Creek Logistics Services since May 2020, Mike leads a team of 51 members to oversee maintenance, repair, safety, security, and sanitation across four facilities totaling over 4 million square feet. Prior to this role, Mike was Regional Maintenance and Reliability Manager at RTP Company, managing a 20-member team focusing on maintenance programs in the Southern region. Experience also includes a role as Production and Maintenance Manager at Atkore International, where Mike managed the Molding Department, and as Rig Mechanic for Noble Drilling/Paragon Offshore, ensuring compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
