Shannon is also the Founder of Appreciation in Action - Changing Companies with more than a Thank You, where Shannon focuses on transforming company culture, increasing sales, lowering turnover, and improving customer satisfaction through team appreciation. Prior to this, Shannon Marie served as a Special Events Coordinator at Saddle Ranch Chop House and as an HR and Staffing Manager at Tres LA Group from October 2018 to October 2020.
