Jill Stover Heinze

Jill Stover Heinze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in user experience, research, and strategy within various organizations. As the Founder of Saddle-Stitch Consulting since July 2020, Jill leads initiatives focused on people-driven AI and responsible UX. Previously, Jill held leadership roles at Shockoe and WillowTree, overseeing user experience teams and the Data & AI Research Team, respectively. Notable achievements include serving as Director of User Experience at the University of Virginia Library, where Jill managed a team to enhance digital and physical user interactions.
