Justin Catlett

Justin joined Reinvent in 2018 and is an experienced finance professional with strong leadership and organizational development skills. He has a broad base of experience including strategic planning, financial planning & analysis, private equity, and corporate finance. He has a knack for challenging conventions and utilizing analytics to identify process improvement and drive better performance. Having visited more than 35 countries and been involved in business ventures on six continents, he is no stranger to embracing the unfamiliar. Justin has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona and an MBA in International Business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
