Dave Arnold

Dave Arnold has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of church leadership and strategic initiatives. Dave started their career in Saddleback Church in 2003 as a Pastor and Director of Strategic Initiatives. During their time at Saddleback Church, they played a key role in the development of the church's Lake Forest and Rancho Capistrano campuses. Dave also worked closely with influential individuals to support the church's values and establish strong Christian relationships. In 2005, they joined Purpose Driven as the Vice President of Global Operations. Additionally, Dave Arnold served as the Executive Pastor of Operations and COO at Saddleback Church from 2003 to 2008. In 2009, they took on the position of Director of Strategic Relationships for the PEACE Plan, where they served as an ambassador and shared Rick Warren's vision for PEACE. Dave also played a role in mobilizing the business community to participate in the P.E.A.C.E. Coalition, focusing on personal, local, and global peace initiatives.

Dave Arnold has a diverse education history. In 1974, they attended Wagner College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration. Dave successfully completed their undergraduate studies and graduated in 1978.

After gaining some work experience, Dave decided to further their education. In 1986, they enrolled at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration. Dave completed their MBA program in 1987.

Several years later, in 2006, Dave attended Rockbridge Seminary to enhance their knowledge in Ministry Leadership. Dave pursued a Master's degree in this field and completed their studies in 2007.
