Robby McCarrell

Robby McCarrell has a solid work experience in network operations and IT management. Robby started their career at Option One Mortgage/H&R Block as an IT Operations Manager, where they built and managed a team of over 50 associates. Robby then moved on to Mitsubishi Motors North America as a Network Manager, responsible for data communications, telecommunications, and web infrastructure. Currently, they are working at Saddleback/Purpose Driven Ministries as the Director of Network Operations/Sr Network Engineer, overseeing a team of engineers and serving as the primary network, systems, and security architect. Throughout their career, Robby has successfully utilized internal staff, outsourced vendors, and other business units to achieve objectives and meet business goals.

Robby McCarrell has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems from Thomas Edison State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications throughout their education. Robby obtained the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification from Cisco in November 2000. In January 2003, they obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² and also became a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). Moreover, in March 2021, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Finally, in January 2022, they acquired the Nessus Fundamentals certification from Tenable, Inc.
