Gil Blass

Gil Blass is a seasoned real estate professional currently serving as VP Acquisitions & Analysis and Head of Analysis at Sade Real Estate since February 2019. In this role, Gil performs comprehensive underwriting and due diligence on real estate acquisitions, as well as monitoring asset performance for senior management and investors. Previously, Gil worked as a Project Finance Analyst at Beta Finance, where financial modeling and advisory services were provided for infrastructure and energy projects. Additionally, Gil has experience as a Teaching Assistant at IDC Herzliya, focusing on strategic consulting for social businesses, and volunteered as a business consultant, conducting SWOT analyses for strategic planning. Gil holds a B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Reichman University.
