Christine Chalstrom has a long and varied work experience. Christine began their career in 1990 as a Law Clerk for Leonard Street and Deinard. In 1992, they became a Judicial Law Clerk for Hennepin County District Court. In 1993, they established their own law firm, Chalstrom & Associates, where they practiced business formation, real estate, business litigation, and related small business concerns. In 1997, they became Vice President at Applied Legal Technologies, Inc., where they supervised operations, coding and imaging staff, oversaw all computer services, and developed technical and data solutions for clients. In 1999, they took on the role of Digital Documents Manager at NightOwl Discovery, where they reviewed, evaluated, and updated the company-wide network, replaced legacy imaging capture hardware, and established eDiscovery processing. In 2002, they became the CEO/President of Shepherd Data Services, Inc., where they hired, trained, and supervised management staff, and researched and developed new technology solutions. In 2014, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Finally, in 2015, they founded Sadie Blue Software.

Christine Chalstrom received their JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law between 1987 and 1991.
