Sadie Cole

Sadie Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, education, and music. Currently serving as a Quality Assistant Resource at Pennant since September 2024, Sadie supports quality and clinical organization reports and maintains documentation related to quality improvement activities. As NFMC Onboarding Chair since February 2022, Sadie compiles statistical reports, tracks onboarding progress, and coordinates with local clubs across the United States. Additionally, Sadie owns the Sadie Cole Piano Studio, where music instruction is provided following a distinguished piano background, including a top 6 placement in the 1993 Northwest Regional Piano Competition. Sadie has also contributed to academia as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Idaho State University, instructing undergraduate public health courses and enhancing student learning through feedback. Sadie's earlier roles include bookkeeping at Cornerstone Accounting Services and administrative support at Idaho State University. Sadie holds a Master of Public Health degree from Idaho State University, where the journey in education began with a B.S. in Biology in 2000.
