Brian Reuter

Brian Reuter is a seasoned professional in food science and product development with extensive experience in the meat industry. Currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at Sadler's Smokehouse Ltd since June 2016, Brian previously held roles as a Senior Product Developer at Standard Meat Company and a Food Scientist at Newly Weds Foods. Earlier in Brian's career, positions included Senior Food Scientist at JBS and R&D at Advance Brands. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Master of Science in Meat Science, both obtained from South Dakota State University between 1995 and 2001.
