Chad Hayes is the Chief Technology Officer at Sadoff Iron and Metal, a third-generation recycling company with 10 facilities and worldwide customers. Also, Chad serves as the Director of E-Recycling at Sadoff E-recycling and Data Destruction. Chad is the Founder/Owner of LIVE WIRE COMMUNICATIONS, providing IT consulting services for small to medium-sized businesses. Additionally, Chad has experience as an Adjunct Professor at Fox Valley Technical College, a Communications Architect/Manager at Navitus Health Solutions, and Lead/Supervisor Enterprise Network Services at Aurora Health Care. In their early career, Chad worked as a Data Communications Manager at Midwest Express Airlines. Chad holds an associate's degree in Electronics & Avionics from Fox Valley Technical College.
