Monica Nogueira

Monica Nogueira has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Monica began their career as an Adjunct Faculty at Point Park University in 1997 and continues to work in this position. In 2002, they joined Knovel Corporation as a Sales Director and stayed with the company until 2007. Monica then worked at ebrary as the Global Director of Business Development from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they became the Vice-President of the Latin American Cultural Union, holding the position until 2012. Monica's recent experience includes working at SAE International as the Content Acquisition Manager from 2010 and later being promoted to the role of Director of Content Acquisition, Aerospace & Ground Vehicles in 2019.

Monica Nogueira completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications/Public Relations from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 1982. Monica then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Fundacao Casper Libero from 1984 to 1986. In 1987 to 1988, they obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Monica later pursued a Master's degree in International Business Management from Point Park University from 1989 to 1991. In 2009 to 2010, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Environmental Studies/Sustainability from Point Park University. From 2014 to 2018, Monica pursued further education in Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
