Symba Wong

Symba Wong is a skilled digital production professional with extensive experience in HTML email production and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Digital Production Associate at Tech Briefs Media since March 2018, Symba is responsible for HTML email deployment, file procurement, scheduling, list processing, and response reporting. Previously, as a Quality Assurance Content Intern at LightSail Education, Symba facilitated ePub conversions and ensured the quality of educational content. At AOL Platforms, Symba contributed to customer satisfaction as a Product Support Engineer Intern by utilizing CSS, JavaScript, and HTML for troubleshooting. Symba holds an Associate's degree in Electromechanical Technology from City Tech, CUNY, completed between 2010 and 2014, and participated in the Year Up New York educational program from 2015 to 2016.
