Digmandar Kawadkar is a skilled mechanical engineer with experience in various roles within the automotive sector. Currently a member of SAEINDIA since April 2021, Digmandar previously served as the Drivetrain Head and Welder for E Formula Ashwa Riders from January 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, an internship was completed at Arun Motors in July and August 2022. Digmandar holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, obtained in May 2023, and is pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Arizona State University, expected to graduate in May 2026.

Itis an affiliate society of SAE International, registered as an Indian non-profit engineering and scientific society dedicated to the advancement of mobility community in India.[1] As an individual member-driven society of mobility practitioners, SAEINDIA comprises members who are Individuals from the mobility community, which includes Engineers, Executives from Industry, Government Officials, Academics, and Students. Principal emphasis is placed on transport industries such as automotive, aerospace, and commercial vehicles.
