Michael Appel has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as Manager of Applications Engineering at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. since January 2005. Previous roles include Lead Project Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at the same company, as well as Project Manager and Research & Development Engineer at Johnson Screens Inc., where Michael was the Global Design Leader for centrifugal screens in the sugar industry. Michael's expertise encompasses new application design, international technology transfers, multi-million dollar project management, and the implementation of Lean Manufacturing concepts. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an MBA from Cornerstone University. Additionally, Michael is an inventor with multiple patents granted.
