Maksims Denisenko has extensive experience in the field of telecommunications, currently serving as the Head of the Testing Department at SAF Tehnika JSC since October 2010, where leadership is demonstrated through managing a six-person team, coordinating testing methodology, and ensuring compliance with ETSI and FCC standards. Prior to this role, Maksims worked as a Test Engineer, focusing on testing product functions and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues. Earlier experience includes a position as a Technical Specialist at Sia Neonets, where responsibilities involved hardware and software installations, network connectivity for clients, and technical support. Maksims holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, both from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, alongside prior education at Riga State Technical School.

SAF Tehnika AS is a Latvia-based telecommunication equipment company, a designer, producer and distributor of digital microwave data transmission equipment. Its products provide wireless backhaul solutions for digital voice and data transmission to mobile and fixed network operators and data service providers. The Company's offers three product lines: CFIP family with 366 megabits per second (Mbps) Lumina FODU (Gigabit Ethernet), 108 Mbps FODU (Fast Ethernet) and 366 Mbps PhoeniX Hybrid Split Mount System; CFQ family with high capacity radio equipment (SDH); and CFM family with low to medium capacity radio equipment (PDH). The Company exports its products to 99 countries worldwide, in Europe, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, South America and Africa. As of June 30, 2011, SAF Tehnika AS held a 10% stake in LEO Petijumu centrs SIA. As of April 30, 2011, Mr. Didzis Liepkalns held a 17.05% stake in SAF Tehnika AS.
