Drew Owen

Drew Owen is an experienced education professional with a focus on Quality Assurance and Teaching and Learning. Currently serving as Assistant Headteacher at Safa British School since July 2021, Drew leads initiatives to enhance teaching practices across departments and supports Department Heads in quality assurance and student engagement. Previous roles include Head of Humanities and BTEC at Dubai British School and Head of Geography at The English College, Dubai. Drew's career began as Head of Geography at Astley Sports College, with earlier positions in liaison and modeling. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Secondary Education and Teaching from Edge Hill University, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from The University of Salford.
