Jennifer Wallace

Jennifer Wallace currently serves as the Associate Deputy of Facility Programming at the South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice, where responsibilities include developing and managing programs across secure facilities, supervising staff, and enhancing programmatic connections among divisions. Previously, Jennifer was the Director of Project Management, overseeing complex multimillion-dollar projects to improve youth outcomes and agency efficiency. Earlier roles included Program Manager and State Director, where Jennifer achieved significant increases in service hours and developed innovative programming for justice-involved youth. Jennifer's career began at the Cleveland Clinic as a Hospice Volunteer Coordinator, focusing on volunteer management and training curriculum development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Kent State University, along with a Project Management certificate from the University of South Carolina.
