Roslyn Martorano

Roslyn Martorano serves as a Subject Matter Expert at Safal Partners since May 2021, contributing to the firm's focus on education and workforce development. Previously, Roslyn held the position of Privacy Manager at the University of California from 2014 to 2017, addressing privacy and compliance issues across various sectors. Roslyn's experience includes serving as a Project Manager for the NYC Department of Social Services, where responsibilities included enhancing investigative and audit operations. Additional legislative experience as a Legislative Fellow at the New York State Senate involved researching and drafting legislation on critical health issues. Roslyn's early legal career includes roles as a Legal Intern at the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General and the DuPage County State's Attorney's Office, alongside research and administrative positions in legal settings. Roslyn holds a J.D. from Albany Law School and a B.S. in Political Science from Arizona State University.
