Ruchika Salunkhe Savant, MBA, currently serves as the Business Development Director at Safal Partners, leading business development and partnerships and successfully managing multi-million-dollar proposals since April 2018. Ruchika has previously held positions as a Business Development Manager and Business Development Associate, where responsibilities included identifying business opportunities, developing budgets, and coordinating proposal efforts for education and workforce consulting projects. Prior to joining Safal Partners, Ruchika worked as Senior Manager of Projects and Business Development at SME Networks Pvt Ltd, where innovative marketing strategies were crafted to enhance market engagement. In earlier roles, Ruchika served as a Marketing Coordinator at Ibec, driving client engagement through email campaigns, and as a GIS Analyst at Genesys International Corporation Ltd, conducting spatial analyses and maintaining data quality control. Ruchika's educational background includes an MBA in Project Management from Dublin Business School, a Diploma in GIS, and a Master of Science in Geology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
