Akash Mishra has over 18 years of experience in sourcing and merchandising within the textile and garment industry. Currently serving as Sourcing Manager at Safari Industries India Ltd. since December 2020, Akash previously held the same title at VIP Industries Pvt Ltd. from March 2017 to December 2020, focusing on soft luggage. A strong background in vendor sourcing and management was developed as Merchandiser Manager for Teddy S.P.A from March 2014 to March 2017, overseeing operations in North India. Earlier roles include Senior Merchandiser positions at Early Bird Exports from November 2009 to March 2014, and Dolphin Clothing from March 2006 to November 2009, as well as a Merchandiser role at Creative Garments from December 2004 to March 2006, all focusing on export merchandising.
