Rich Heidorn

Rich Heidorn began their work experience in 2004 as a Client Server Developer at SeaquistPerfect Dispensing. Rich then worked as an IT Software Tools Analyst at AptarGroup, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. In 2008, they became a Basis Consultant at Vortex Consulting for a short period of five months before transitioning to Symmetry Corporation, where they worked as a Basis Consultant from 2009 to 2010. Following this, Rich joined Polaris Solutions as a Senior Consultant from 2010 to 2012. Rich then moved on to Thomson Reuters, where they held multiple roles including Senior Software Engineer (2012-2013), Lead Software Engineer (2013-2014), and ultimately Manager of Development from 2014 to 2019. Lastly, in 2019, Rich became a Senior Software Engineer at Safari Legal Technologies, where they are currently employed.

Rich Heidorn attended Holy Cross High School from 1985 to 1989. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993.
